Cancellation Policy
Each appointment you book is time set aside specifically for you. We ask that you treat it as you would any commitment you value, and we will do the same. Cancellation & Rescheduling Plans change, and we understand. When you can, please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email. To cancel or reschedule online, you may do so up until one hour before your appointment. Late Changes and Missed Appointments If you need to cancel or reschedule within that final hour, or you are unable to attend, please email brittany@grow-with-lotus.com and we will make every effort to find you a new time. Our Commitment On our side, we will arrive prepared, on time, and ready to give you our full attention. If we ever need to move your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and find a time that works for you.
